TFGBV ReportingPlatform
A secure, survivor-centred digital reporting platform enabling victims of tech-facilitated gender-based violence to safely report incidents to the right authority — with real-time tracking and coordinated institutional response.
Tech-facilitated gender-based violence is escalating across Sri Lanka, but victims face a fragmented patchwork of reporting channels. They don't know which authority to approach, leading to confusion, delays, and discouragement.
The Solution
In response to Sri Lanka's rising tech-facilitated gender-based violence crisis, Loons Lab partnered with 5 key government institutions to build a unified, survivor-centred reporting platform.
The platform serves as the first point of contact for individuals affected by TFGBV and related cyber incidents — eliminating confusion about whom to contact and enabling coordinated institutional response.
Built with security, privacy, and accessibility at its core, the platform combines automated routing intelligence with human oversight to ensure every report reaches the right authority quickly.
